About Us
Tom Phat is a charming local restaurant situated in the bustling suburb of Brunswick, Melbourne. Eclectic and authentic in its aesthetic, you’ll find the atmosphere perfect for a quiet drink or a catch-up with an old friend, a romantic dinner or just a good coffee with the paper.
Our menu draws inspiration from the diverse fresh flavours of South-east Asia. Our guiding philosophy is to always use sustainable and ethical ingredients wherever possible and Tom Phat prides itself on supporting small quality producers.

Tom Phat loves a good jam and we’ve got an awesome music collection to draw from. From chilled early afternoon to pumped Saturday night we’ve got the perfect tunes.

Bookings
Tom Phat takes very limited table reservations each night offering one communal table for large groups between 10pp – 12pp and two “family” sized tables for groups of 6pp to 8pp. The rest of the tables are left for our walk-in diners and Bah Phat is just next door waiting to serve you a drink if there’s a wait :)
NOTE: we like to stagger our bookings and only have 6pm, 6.30pm or 7pm time slots available but with no time restrictions on your table – book well in advance for preferred times
